Unlike McDonald’s or other fast-food places, Burger King doesn’t have any option on the app to order sauces or condiments separately. I tried calling the restaurant seven times and no one picked up. When I finally got through, I was told my order was already picked up and that I should have texted the driver to ask for sauces. Why should a customer have to jump through all these hoops just to get basic condiments? It’s ridiculous. If McDonald’s can list condiments separately, Burger King absolutely can too. I would’ve gladly paid for the sauces — this isn’t about free stuff, it’s about basic customer convenience and communication. I’ve done this multiple times with the Burger King in Bowmanville, and they’ve always been polite and accommodating with the same request. But this particular location has never been able to fulfill my simple request — and I’ve tried several times here as well. When I’m ordering food worth around $59, I at least expect decent customer service and the ability to get a few condiments on the side without having to go through such a hassle. I understand that restaurants get busy, but ignoring calls and failing to handle small requests like this is just unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and care. If you can’t even get a call answered or a simple sauce request handled, it really says a lot about how little they value their customers.

Even though it was very crowded inside and there were a lot of takeout orders, the kitchen girl in the orange T-shirt moved around the kitchen very fast and I received my order very quickly, and they fulfilled my cooking requests. I come here often in the evenings. I like that the managers have selected a staff that gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and I love their special offers.
