- SBSara BiggsFeb 10, 20261.0I went into this location yesterday and got a whopper with no onions and no ketchup with a large fry and strawberry shake. My order was handed to me as soon as I paid and I was given food that wasn’t even cooked nor was it hot. I was also given onions when I requested no onions. The meat on the burger was pink and looked chewy and on top of that the fries were soggy and undercooked as well. I called the store 10-20 minutes after the situation upon reaching the hospital and tried to explain to them I was in the hospital with a family member and threw the food out as it was for a family member in the ICU and isn’t able to be eaten and reordered from another place and the general manager told me they can’t help me unless I had the food and receipt in the next half an hour and and I’d have to call back the next day to speak to the store manager. I asked him if he could print the receipt as he said it only stayed in the system till the tills closed and he mumbled. I spoke to the general manager and she was telling me I had to keep the food and receipt in order for them to help me meanwhile it was the next day and I’m not going to grab food from a dirty ICU garbage. This is not only very disrespectful but it’s disappointing service

I went to use the bathroom and had to clean the toilet and the floor myself before I could even use the bathroom... very sad. Thanks a lot burger king for the horrible experience. Will not plan on coming back soon
