  One of the best experiences ive had at a food joint. Staff were friendly, making jokes and the overall vibe was super welcoming. Food was great, portions were great. I came in during Friday so I got free guacamole! On another note, sanitation was excellent. Only thing I could nitpick is some hard rice. Though not much to blame it was nearing the end of the day.

  The service was fantastic from Trudy and Aliyah! They walked me through the menu and I picked the shiitake burrito which was delicious!

  It’s disappointing to have to write this review, as we’ve been long-time customers of this location. Unfortunately, since the reopening I have not been pleased with the service or standards. This location opened about two weeks ago and I’ve already visited five times. Three out of the five times, the chicken portions have been minimal. And on two occasions they forgot to add my veggie mix altogether. It seems like they are trying to skimp on the portions, which I find upsetting especially since this is now a corporate location. The previous franchise owners were awesome! The portions were always consistent and it seemed like they followed a standard. The chicken was always cooked properly, not burnt black. They were also very friendly. This new staff looks unhappy whenever we go in. Also, I noticed they don’t wear uniforms anymore, just plain clothes. This seems unprofessional and unhygienic for a food establishment. All in all, I’m unimpressed. I think we’ll return to the Whitby location.

  Feb 19th -- A lovely employee helped me out massively over the phone today with an uber order - I won't go into details, but whoever is working right now at noon (I believe a young woman but I can't assume as it was over the phone) deserves a big raise, promotion, paid time off, bonus -- do something, because it's interactions like this that keep me (a long time customer) coming back time after time. Same goes for all of the people that work at this specific Mucho - I come in all the time with my wife and you treat us like we are royalty - we talk about it every time we pick up food. keep up the great work!

  I ordered from here on Uber Eats and my 1st driver took off with my food so the orders just kept reloading. They called me to see if I got my food because they kept getting my order then confirmed with me who my driver is, made sure my food was made fresh and threw in some extras for my inconvenience. Genuinely the best service I’ve ever received. Thank you so much !!!
