  Jovani was an amazing server he delivered everything in a timely manner and was very polite throughout the whole experience. Everything with the food was amazing and I really enjoyed my time. Will definitely be returning!

  Worst customer service. Waiter never listened to what we asked for. Never asked us if we are done with starters so he can bring mains instead just forced in mains while we were at starters still. And the most annoying part is bringing take away boxes while we were still eating our food. And finally came to us saying his shift is done and we have to leave. We went for a casual dining but ended up in a rushed up environment where it was dead quiet. I always loved the food here and this is my first time to dine in. Never again will order from here nor recommend to anyone.

  My server was Jovani and he was the sweetest, me and my boyfriend bothered him like 30 times and he was very kind and patient. My boyfriend really likes the bread and he got like 4 different loafs, we really enjoyed the sampler and were super full by the end! Thank you so much East Side Mario’s and Jovani!!!!!! Will come back!!!!!

  I give my visit 5 stars. Mainly becuz of my waiter. I have ate here before a few times but turned off by the experience.... not this time! BEN L, was amazing. We went out for a birthday dinner and his speed , attitude and ability to get our orders correct made the day. I will definitely return based on my experience from March 31. Even his energy was good, when something was asked for he did it with pleasure. More waiters like this are needed sooooo badly in today's society. Thank you Ben L.

  Hilary was not hilarious at all when it comes to Guest Experience. We felt on that day what is a Racism at ESM at Harmony road, oshawa. The food and drink was good. Nevertheless server made whole experience a bit disrespectful. Consequently she was not courteous and trying to overpowering at the time of ordering. When we're waiting for our guest to arrive, at that time she was checking with us frequently. However during the dinner, the attention was missed throughout the time and due to that I had chase for anything we wanted. Unfortunately, the overall experience was devastating because of lack in politeness and equality in experience from table to table. I visited this location a year ago and it was good experience but not anymore. I would recommend another location at Gibb st, where I found the staff was best and well trained in customer experience specifically Jovani, John they all are fantastic.
