  Brought my grandkids through the drive through on Easter Sunday. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The blizzards were made perfectly and were delicious as always. The slushy drink was very good. We will definitely return. Thank you to the great staff!

  I ordered a photo ice cream cake online and it came out amazing!!! They were ready even a few minutes early with my order. Super friendly, helpful and great experience! Definitely recommended! 💯♥️

  Came in and there was already a good atmosphere. I ordered the bacon cheese deluxe and an oreo cookie blizzard and got it without too long a wait. Amazing service! Even the employees were so nice and hospitable, especially the lady named Harsh. Her energy was amazing and so positive! Definitely coming back!

  I had a very frustrating experience ordering through the app today. I specifically called the store to explain that the item I wanted was not listed on the app, and I was willing to pay extra for it. Despite explaining this clearly, the manager refused to help and had a very dismissive attitude. What made the situation worse was the way I was spoken to. Instead of trying to assist or find a solution, the response felt rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected at least a basic level of respect. I’ve ordered from many other Dairy Queen stores through delivery apps and never had this kind of issue. It feels like customers from the local area are treated poorly rather than being helped. I hope the owner takes customer service more seriously, because this experience was disappointing and not something I would expect when paying extra for delivery.
