  Place smells like sewage, not sure what's causing it but the smell is awful. Upholstery on the benches is stained and dirty. Staff were pleasant, food was good, but the place needs a deep clean.

  My orders were taken followed by others. They others were severed ahead of me and when questionedbthey seemed to have lost my order. The floors were covered on Chocolat syrup and just about all the tables were not cleaned.

  The sulfur smell at the start was a bit much, but the staff was lovely. Their service was so good we forgot about the smell. They were extremely patient, accommodating, kind, friendly, and honest. They gave insightful advice. They anticipated our requests/needs. They communicated well. We got food that was excellent quality. It was so good. Both the ice cream Sunday, and the cheeseburger and fries. We got food there at 9:45 pm on Thursday April 23rd 2026. The workers should definitely get a raise. The cashier and the cook in the back.

  Ordered for the first time I wanted to order an ice cream cake for a birthday and tried starting the customization online, but noticed this location only accepts cake orders in person. When I went in, I was passed between three different employees before finally speaking with someone who helped me fill out the order form. When I was about to pay, another associate reviewed my form and mentioned that they don’t usually accept orders with less than 48 hours’ notice(although the website states a 1-day lead time) She said she would still proceed since the order had already been approved. However, she then called over the employee who assisted me and reprimanded her in French in front of me. It created a very uncomfortable situation, as the tone felt condescending, and I felt bad for the employee helping me. It honestly made me consider canceling the order, but I was left a bit speechless in the moment. That said, I do want to thank the employee who ultimately helped make the birthday cake happen….I truly appreciated her effort. I may have misunderstood what was stated online, so the mistake may have been on my end , but there’s still a respectful way to correct someone without putting them down, especially in front of customers. J’espère vraiment qu’ils vont mieux la traiter au travail 🥺

  This location is lovely, plenty of parking and seating. It can get very busy. Unfortunately, if you are ordering meals, you will need to always triple check you have received all your items. Errors are pretty frequent if you are getting more than just a dessert. The food itself is decent. It might help if people have specific roles, it often seems that everyone is doing a bit of everything or one person might just be floating and then communication & coordination get all mixed up.
