  Today, well actually just left the place and was disappointed. The waitress Marie not impressed. We always go there maybe at leat once a week. Always get greeted nicely alway smiling and never had a problem if there is one they fix it. Today my beer was flatter then wet hair. Ordered my fish and chips got that and was good but this little tartar sauce is let's face it good for half a fish. "I said can you get me more please" she replied "I'm not sure I can and I think they will charge you more but I'm not sure " that's a lot of "I'm not sure" now this is not to be ride at all but when you spend more time at a table doing chitchat and you ignore us makes the hole "dinning out" not fun. Especially this is the first for us here. Didn't ask if we were okay or needed anything didn’t go check if she could get me more tartar sauce, slap the tap machine on the table and left, lucky enough she got a tip and I had to get my own receipt from the machine because she was still to busy chitchat'n away with another table. I get it long days or a bad day but come on now. Made this very unpleasant, your a waitress learn how to manage your time. We love the place and won't stop going but I feel like this was very unprofessional and made us feel like maybe we shouldn't have come today. But now we know to avoid her as much as possible.   We were a party of eight for dinner that included three “active” kids. Our server Marie did a stellar job meeting our many requests. The food was delicious as always. Your restaurant is our family go-to place.

  Came here to eat with my family, the food was AMAZING. Not only that, but the waitress, Faith made our stay 10 times better. She was very kind, and she made sure we had a good time. I'm no doubt coming back real soon!!

  Me and my family enjoyed our time eating at Swiss Chalet in Orleans not only because the food was really good but our experience was made better by the very friendly and helpful waitress, Faith! She made sure we were able to get the food offerings and deals so we really get the value of what we paid for. Definitely coming back!

  My daughter treated me to a nice hot chicken sandwich dinner for my 72nd birthday. Food was very good, vegetables were cooked perfectly being slightly crunchy just I like them. My daughter's salad was very skimpy, plate looked half empty. Her chicken dinner was great. Our server Marie was very nice and efficient. Dinner was served promptly. We are satisfied customers.
