  The service is always slow especially on drive through only hours and they genuinely always get at least one thing wrong with your order

  Fresh food drive-through is quick. I frequent this McDonald’s quite a bit and their food consistency quality is always on point.

  It was Saturday and I showed up about 10 minutes before the change over from breakfast to lunch at 11 am. I was told the coupons don't start until 31 March 2026. I was a few days early, so I scrambled to figure out what I should order. Luckily, the hot cakes were perfect and affordable. Then I used the mobile app to get a free "timbit" with my coffee. While waiting though someone brought back and egg McMuffin, which had ham. He wanted just an egg and cheese (only) McMuffin. I then tried to order another breakfast for my friend who was set to show up soon. The mobile app wouldn't let me though because it had just turned 11 am and breakfast's with "special" items such as "hash browns" are stoped at that time. I found a spot in the busy place to sit. My friend shows up and ordered his meal. Now here's the thing : by the time my friend got his meal I was by all practical terms finished my breakfast. So I ordered from the App, for table service. Which was delivered fairly quickly. However, I didn't get a Egg Sausage McMuffin, as I wanted... I was missing the sausage..I got up and within less than 1 minute the manager exchanged my breakfast sandwich. I must also commend the cleaning staff for getting to a mess caused by some kids that dropped ketchup on the floor in the walk area. All in All... I understand how this place is quite busy. It was packed... They are managing well given the circumstances

  This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever ordered from. I have moved and this location is closer to my house and never once have I had a place messed up on almost every occasion missing items extra items given and multiple issues with food quality. This is ridiculous and if you want your food done properly, go literally anywhere else.

  Whoever was taking the orders at the drive through this morning needs to be fired immediately. He got the order wrong and I knew he did based on the screen, but he said it would be fixed just go to window 1. Got to the window to pay and I knew the price was too high, had her fix his mistakes. Get to the second window check my bag and was missing the 2 additional hash browns that I ordered and paid for and he argued and refused to give them to me telling me I was wrong. After I told him he was blind, just look at my actual receipt he essentially threw it at me to get me to leave. The service was absolutely abismal.
