I'm all for having a good time at work, but when every table is full of crumbs and clearly needing to be wiped down, there's a problem. The oldest staff looked maybe 18 years old. A manager should have been on the floor to ensure it was being properly maintained. Food quality needed improvement. I wasn't impressed with the Kraft single cheese slice and over cooked bacon used. Five Guys is supposed to be a superior burger joint. At least use real cheese, not an ultra-processed piece of plastic.

Down days it’s great, some days it’s crap. With so many people working it’s like training goes to the wayside or they are just there for fun…last night the fries were cold(had them replaced and then they were overcooked), the gravy was cold, the ac seemed to be on(in March) and the burgers…well they looked like in the picture after a couple bites. Major disappointment. Honestly 1/5 guys is being nice. Do better Orleans Five Guys.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
