    I have food poisoning all day after my 6:30am visit, puked 4 times all of it was the chicken breakfast wrap, be aware of this place possible cross contamination

    I’m seriously done going to this place and their rude staff. Every time I go there my order is messed up and we get attitude from the workers. You should honestly shut this place down.

    Some good days, some bad days. That's typical for fast food. But this location has an issue with timeliness and quality for food. I ordered breakfast burritos because Im 6 months pregnant and was jonesing for some and found that we paid for more than what we got. Overall, the quality of food has just gone downhill despite prices having the audacity to go up. I used to work at the Rideau Street McDonalds. So I am at least familiar with what a customer should be getting vs. What the employees should be delivering in service.

    Ordering from abroad for someone in Canada turned out to be a real struggle. Since the McDonald’s app is region-locked and there’s no website to place an order, I had to use UberEats — and there’s no way to leave comments or instructions there. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Wrap Happy Meal with apples and milk, but what arrived was McNuggets with chips, apple juice, and no toy. The person I sent it to even had to go back to the restaurant to sort it out, only for the staff to blame Uber instead of taking responsibility. When we tried again, they handed the milk separately and said the yogurt was included, but it wasn’t. Even after visiting the outlet, the order was still wrong. The branch seems uninterested in handling it properly. Really disappointing experience overall.
