- AAADMFeb 26, 20261.0Worst experience ever. I specifically come to this location because Brent is awesome. Came by to get a young child a happy meal. I asked for a 4 piece nugget meal. She said we have the happy meal. I said that’s good. She said drive up. I got to the window and she rudely said “you didn’t order”. I said yes I agreed to the happy meal. She said “what do you want to drink”? I said what are your options. She threw her hands up and rolled her eyes and said “we have many what do you want”. I said nevermind and drove off. Here’s the thing, I work at the hospital and always consider how I treat people and customer service. I have a 16yr old son trying to get a job and can’t, yet this girl acted like I was taking up her time. My son would gladly work here and treat everyone with respect. I went to another location and was greeted with a smile. This happened on Thursday the 26th at 2:15 pm. I hope you can discuss her mannerisms or replace her.

The location does not offer refills on drinks (which is already odd) but the server got quite upset when it took us a while to understand this strange practice. They must be close to bankrupt if refills are too much for their bottomline to support. Avoid if you can - there's many other options (including mcdonald's closeby)
