Keep a healthy stack of napkins handy; you'll need them. The buns are thin and squish down to nothing, serving as little more than the bare minimum delivery vehicle for the meaty/cheesy/bacony goodness inside. The fresh cut P.E.I. potato's do, however, make for some damned good fries. If you happened to be from P.E.I. though you'de just think these were the same 'ole everyday fries you get everywhere in P.E.I. 😁 This was my first visit, and even though I said as much, the person taking our order didn't seem thrilled that I didn't immediately know what I wanted and took a minute to look over the menu board. It was a quiet mid-afternoon, not busy at all, and no one else in line behind us to be held up by our taking a minute to decide.
