  I came in a couple days ago and, Talia is an amazing employee at East Side Mario’s! She is friendly, attentive, and always makes sure customers feel welcome and taken care of. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic really stand out, and she goes above and beyond to provide great service. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the customer experience. East Side Mario’s is lucky to have her on their team!

  I was there with my girlfriend on Tuesday December 30 2025 for lunch around 1pm. The service was extremely slow. They really need to hire extra staff. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and she was completely overwhelmed. It took at least 15-20 mins for her to come take our order and another 40 mins to get our cesar salads and garlic bread. We saw other patrons leave the restaurant because the service was non existent. We even saw people walk up to staff to ask for water. It took us around 2 hours to eat there. We weren't in a rush, but this is the slowest service I've ever seen and experienced in a restaurant. The food was ok. My lasagna was good and the garlic bread was warm and fresh. The cesar salads were hit and miss with the dressing. Mine was good, but my girlfriend's had way too much dressing. The soup was very good, but very salty as well. The restaurant ambiance was pretty quiet with plenty of TVs and decorations. I cannot blame our waitress, she did what she could. Management seriously needs to hire more staff during the holiday season.

  Just came back from a lovely lunch at east sides with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had a wonderful time - the food was super fresh, and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. My mom actually said she thought it felt like we were enjoying a meal at home. Even with the great food and vibes being great, the standout of our visit was our amazing server Ryan. Ryan was so welcoming, helpful and warm. Amazing employee and server - Lucky us! My dad had a terrible experience at east sides at centrum like 30 years ago and had never been back to any location until today. It was heartwarming that he had such a great experience today and I’m sure we all will be back.

  Went to East side Mario's tonight, we ordered our meals, got our bread, waited about 15 min for our appetizer after we finished our first bread we asked them to take the plate away so we would have room and the server stared at us like she was lost in space she then came back with our second bread in a to go bag and gave us a dish of butter with it but no other plate or knife to cut the butter not only that we had no utensils at the table when our food was served to us for the first 10 min after getting it the staff was no where to be found they were all talking with each other in the back the service was horrible and not very welcoming I ordered meatball pasta and the serving size was for a kid, the kid meal we ordered for our son was bigger then a regular sized adult dish the staff wasn't even smiling I'm usually never a complainer anywhere I go but wow I'm definitely never going back there

  Don’t waste your time with this location. It feels as though the owner/franchisee is not interested in making money. Online ordering closed at 745 despite the website saying their location closes at 9pm. Called the number and the rep told me they aren’t accepting phone orders despite the restaurants website showing it closes at 9 which meant they closed their online ordering system 1.15 hrs before the restaurant showed to close. She told me to try and go to the restaurant which I then did, Get to the restaurant and tried the doors to find out they are locked at 815pm despite the signs on the doors showing 9pm. How does a restaurant on a main city street not need to make money? How they are still functioning is shocking to me. Update your website and don’t advertise you’re open online and on your restaurant doors when you’re not.
