  I was there today with my wife and kids and it was pretty busy, but our server Yogenny was great! She made sure we had soups, salad and bread! She checked in to update us on when our order was going to come out which I think it’s important sometime servers just let you sit there and wait but she kept our drinks full and made sure my daughters has enough bread! She was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this location. The food came out hot and delicious it was worth the wait!!

  We had a wonderful lunch at East Side Mario’s with my two young grandchildren. One of them has multiple food allergies, so we brought his meal from home, and the staff couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. Everyone was so gracious, kind, and attentive, which made the experience completely stress-free. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family lunch. We truly appreciated their care and hospitality, thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

  Went with my boyfriend today & our server, Cole, went above and beyond — super attentive, quick with refills and recommendations. He made sure everything came out just right and checked in often without being overbearing. The food was fresh & delicious. The endless soup, salad, and bread were perfect, and our main dishes were flavourful and well-prepared. Overall, it was a great lunch with top tier service & great food. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

  I hate to post this but here is hoping it reaches the right people to be aware of a poor experience. We showed up as a party of 3, just before 8pm. Excited for the free pasta deal on Wednesday which we weren't aware of until time of ordering. We had high hopes for the usual good quality east side offers. The service was slow to say the least and it wasn't overly busy. Three staff when we got there and only the bartender seemed to be working. The drinks we ordered were super tasty and we had high hopes for the food. The ravioli literally had an entire tomato cut into 6 wedges instead of the normal cubes pieces so they weren't cooked. The chicken and shrimp scampi had more hard inside core pieces of tomato that were inedible than edible pieces and very little flavor. The pizza ordered was tasty though. Soup and salad enjoyed as always. The pastas we took home, conveniently packaged separate from the sauce (an appreciated touch) ended up being just barely cooked noodles and required extra boiling before eating. The spicy sausage sauce had 3 small pieces of sausage which was a bit disappointing. Overall the experience was poor compared to an amazing experience we'd had at the Cornwall location only 4 days before. Mediocre food isn't usual for East sides and the bartender having to run the massive restaurant on his own seemed a bit sad considering it was steady but not busy.

  Family of five - three kids ventured inside to get some lunch yesterday (Sunday) It was pretty dead! We were seated by a very nice young lady to a booth. There were 5 families near our section with *no* food or drinks on their table which made me nervous. We sat down and waited TWENTY minutes before we had to go hunt down someone to notice us! We asked a young woman who was bringing some food to the table behind us but the customers constantly had to ask “oh we ordered this … is that coming soon?” She’d go back to the kitchen and come with one dish. Then they had to politely ask again “she ordered this… is that ready?” The lady went back to check and came out with the food. It happened three times. Nobody came to check on us or ask us what we wanted to drink within the 20 minutes of sitting down. There was two or three waitress’ and two hostess and one bartender and one very young lady who seemed to be “managing” the place. Nobody was helping anybody. There was a lot of laughter and talking in the kitchen though. We had to flag down this “manager” and we asked if we could get things started because the kids were starving. She took our drink order and then decided to go chit chat with another worker. Bartender was still on his phone scrolling - and it didn’t seem like he got the order from the lady we ordered from. After another TEN minutes (30 in total) we got up and left and went to broadways where we were greeted within 5 minutes… This isn’t the first time this restaurant and workers doesn’t show any concern or care in the work they do. I understand it’s a Sunday afternoon and I am understanding of taking a little longer than normal because it’s a slow day. That isn’t the problem - the problem is that NOBODY greeted us, avoided eye contact when we were waving someone down but only until we got up to leave did they notice and they had this confused look on their faces and STILL the bartender was on his phone scrolling. I didn’t see him get off the phone except to pour a beer. We’ve heard a lot of negative stories from this restaurant and after this being our fourth bad experience with them we won’t be back. The food was/is always cold when we came or did take out and was extremely tasteless. We only went because my son enjoys their red sauce and he’s very picky.
