  The food was good and the restaurant was lively, however our main courses were ok. I personally disliked mine a lot however others seemed indifferent to theirs. I ordered the veal Parmigiana and the sauce was bland and veal very chewy and unenjoyable. It was a bad end to my night after such a good experience. Other than my mean, our starters were good. Props to our waiter Ashtan, he was very nice and made the experience more enjoyable. (My rating is so low because my main dish was so bad)

  Food was decent. Great atmosphere with children. They need more staff though. We were never asked if we wanted refills on drinks. I am confused why we were asked if we wanted more soup or salad if it would never arrive anyway. Paying extra for "all you can eat" soup and salad doesn't make sense if you get one small bowl. Then the bowls sit on the table for the rest of the meal? We ended up placing them on a table next to us that had left. We waited much longer than expected for our food with two small children so we immediately asked for boxes to go. At the same time we asked for the bill. Eventually we were given the bill and food boxes so we packed up. Server never came back. Had to go up to a counter to pay after being told he would be right back for half an hour. We wanted to check the place out because they offer free food for children with a paying adult on Tuesdays. Which would understandably be a busy night. To be completely ignored left a sour taste in our mouth so we will not be returning.

  The food was so good I really enjoyed it. I could order ten more meals off the menu. I couldn’t choose over all the amazing options, they all looked good. My family and friends loved it and I would recommend this restaurant for a birthday or any lunch with friends. Ashton was very patient with us, we had around 6 children and 4 adults and he was very nice and gentle with all of us.

  We had such a fantastic experience thanks to Yogenny at East Side Mario’s! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome. Her energy is warm, attentive, and professional — the kind of service that truly elevates a meal. Yogenny was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. She handled everything smoothly and with a smile, even during a busy time. It’s clear she really cares about her guests having a great experience. Because of her, our visit felt relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable. Exceptional service like that is rare and deserves recognition. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’ll be hoping to sit in her section again!

  Where do I begin? It was a cold night and we missed our reservation at moxies across the street. We were aimless, lost and without anywhere to go. Lo and behold we gazed across the street, our eyes lit up and our hope was restored. We entered East Side Mario’s 30 min before close and were met with nothing but hospitality and kindness. Talia our bartender was awesome and served us promptly with the coldest of ales. If you find yourself looking for a great dining and drink location, venture forth to East side Mario’s!
