  From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. Our waitress Madison was fantastic…attentive, friendly, and easily one of the best we’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out perfectly. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Kudos to management for hiring such great people…we’ll definitely be back!

  I had such a great experience at the East Side Mario’s in town today. Our server, Noundia, was absolutely lovely — so cheerful, patient, and attentive. She handled our big group with so many different requests and still kept the same positive attitude the whole time. The food is always good, and the atmosphere is inviting. Thank you for another great visit.

  the food was good. The service was mid. The waitress seems to have a lot on her plate. I had to get up to get her at one point. I also accidentally left my two EpiPens on the seat. When i called the next morning to see if they they put them aside for me I was told they threw them out. I was surprised that the staff are not educated on allergies and what EpiPens are used for. plus they are very expensive. They did have my name, address and phone number on them. Overall disappointing.

  I would say the food, portions, and general look of the food has gone downhill but I hadn't been to Eastside Mario's since 2013. Kinda had the look of 'I sat under a heat lamp for too long'. Service was okay, nothing to rave about. It was quick from order to plate. Nothing about the experience tells me that I will be back before another 13 years go by. Kid drinks were fun though!

  I ordered chicken parmesan. The meal came with two giant pieces of chicken and pasta for four basically. The cost of that meal was $25.49 plus whatever else for cocktails that I had. I wouldn't have much rather they charged me $15.99 give me one piece of chicken and a reasonable amount of pasta. It was just a ridiculous amount of food and unnecessary. Aside from that, it was very bland. There was a random spicy aspect which was definitely not advertised and very unwelcome. But if it wasn't for the spicy part it really wouldn't have had any flavor. I have a feeling the server was fairly new because she kept asking me what she was supposed to do next. Like am I supposed to take your drink order now? Genuinely, she seemed lost sometimes she also disappeared when we were trying to get the check, which made us a little bit late for our next thing. For some reason they thought three 6-ft tall people and two additional people coming would fit into one of their small booths. We didn't get them to change but it was very awkward to pull up a chair at the end and there wasn't really much room. That could have been better planned as well, but people who showed up in my party first said it was okay.
