  I got taco bell on Friday with my boyfriend and it was so delicious. Whoever made the steak quesadilla that day it was amazing. Perfect amount of steak and filling. I'm still dreaming about it

  Stopped at this location today around 3:45 PM after not eating all day, and I’m honestly glad I checked my order in the parking lot before driving off. I ordered two soft tacos supreme and cheesy fries, but instead received two crunchy tacos supreme and nacho fries with cheese — completely wrong order. I’ve attached photos of the receipt to verify location. I also asked for Diablo sauce (which is advertised on the menu) and was told it wasn’t available. Fine — I understand things go out of stock — so I asked for fire sauce instead. But here’s the part that really frustrated me: After going through the drive-thru, I still had to park, get out in the rain, go inside, and wait even longer just to get my order corrected. At that point, it was already 3:55 PM before I was finally getting back into my truck. That completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru in the first place. For what appears to be a newer location, this is a pretty bad first impression. Order accuracy and basic service should be the bare minimum — especially for such a simple order

  I ordered food through Uber, but I had to cancel the order because the app wouldn't allow me to change the delivery address. This would have resulted in the order having to be cancelled with no refund.I contacted Uber about the issue, but they stated they were unable to assist. I then contacted Taco Bell, and they seemed to be dismissive of my situation.I know how Uber works, I work in fast food too. I know exactly how Uber works and they confirmed the order wasnt being made. Call the store. First thing I asked them is the food being made? Has the food already been made yet? They said no. So I said why'd you hit you're preparing the food and they tried to tell me that's not how it works. And then I talked to the lady saying Uber can't refund the money because you guys have the money and I asked kindly at first if I could just come get the food they refuse and said to contact Uber. I already contacted Uber. They can't refund me money that Taco Bell has and then the lady on the phone just hangs up on me while I'm trying to explain the situation. Terrible service.

  This was an unbelievable experience. The first time that we ordered through the app, they got the order wrong and when I tried many times to call the store back to rectify the situation, they finally picked up, and then hung up on me after asking for them to correct the order. The second time that I tried to order through this app, they put me on hold to take a drive-thru order, after I had been waiting already an hour, and then hung up on me again. This Taco Bell location has a few members on their team that are kind and care about customer service however, the majority of them do not care about the money that I have spent there, and do not care about the inconvenience that they have caused a customer. I understand that sometimes orders can be incorrect, but the complete disregard for care or customer service, is so unacceptable. Just own up to it- mistakes happen and it's alright, try honesty and make it better. Gross.
