  I had a bad experience at a Peterborough location and had lost faith in Swiss Chalet. The experience in Orillia was wonderful and we are fans again. Our server Veronica was experienced and lovely.

  David who was the server at my table was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu items. Definitely deserving of 5 stars at the Orillia Swiss Chalet restaurant.

  We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Emily! My sister, brother-in-law, and I were dining with our 90-year-old parents and were hoping for a quieter area. Emily went above and beyond to seat us in a cozy, peaceful booth that was perfect for our needs. She truly made us feel like VIPs, kind, attentive, and incredibly efficient throughout the evening. She checked in with us several times to ensure everything was just right, and our food was excellent. Emily’s warmth and thoughtfulness made the evening especially memorable, particularly for our elderly parents, who were very impressed. Thank you, Emily, for making our dinner such a wonderful experience! 😊

  We had dinner at the Orillia location. It was busy in the restaurant. Our server David was attentive, friendly and professional. He really cared and wanted our experience to be positive. Food was hot and plentiful. Thank you.

  Food and service the other night were sub par at most poor portion size and my chicken was extremely over cooked beyond trying to eat it no apology at all and I just left had to unfortunately use the restroom before I left and it’s in complete shambles will not be returning
