The first time that we ordered through the app, they got the order wrong and when I tried many times to call the store back to rectify the situation, they finally picked up, and then hung up on me after asking for them to correct the order. The second time that I tried to order through this app, they put me on hold to take a drive-thru order, after I had been waiting already an hour, and then hung up on me again. This Taco Bell location has a few members on their team that are kind and care about customer service however, the majority of them do not care about the money that I have spent there, and do not care about the inconvenience that they have caused a customer. I understand that sometimes orders can be incorrect, but the complete disregard for care or customer service, is so unacceptable. Just own up to it- mistakes happen and it's alright, try honesty and make it better. Gross.
