From the moment I walked in, they were extremely polite, calm, and welcoming. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference in my visit. I had a coupon with me, but it wasn’t working at the store as it was meant to be used online — something I wasn’t aware of beforehand. Instead of turning me away or making things complicated, both Reena and Vikas handled the situation with great patience and professionalism. Vikas took the time to explain how I could use the coupon online and even guided me through the steps to place the order properly. Once the order was completed, they prepared it promptly and ensured everything was just right. The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly refreshing. The service I received from Reena and Vikas reflected genuine care for customers, which is something I truly appreciate. I would like to commend both of them for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Experiences like this make customers want to return again. Thank you!
