  If you want to eat amazing pizza, you should definitely come here! The owner is incredibly kind and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has the best experience. From the delicious, perfectly made pizza to the warm and welcoming hospitality, everything about this place is outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

  I was a very regular customer at Papa John’s until Saturday night. I had guests over at my house and ordered 4 extra large pizzas and a couple of dips for $165. 90 minutes later, the Uber Eats driver showed up with 2 large pepperoni pizzas - clearly not my order. He told me there was nothing he could do and I had to contact Papa John’s. I called Papa John’s and was speaking to the manager when he proceeded to blame the Uber Driver. He told me that he himself had handed my order to the driver and then asked me to describe the driver. When I described him, there was a long pause and, “Oh.” I had clearly described a different driver that the one he had handed my order to. He then told me that I had to contact Uber, which I did. As you can imagine, they told me to contact Papa John’s. So I called Papa John’s back. He told me he was going to look into it call me back within 5 minutes. I was stuck in the middle of these two pointing the finger at each other taking no accountability or responsibility. Meanwhile, I have guests who are hungry and not enough pizza to feed them. The manager of Papa John’s called me back 40 minutes later to tell me there was a mix up between DoorDash and Uber Eats orders. He told me that he contacted the customer where my order went to and said he tried to get the order back for me. That was completely unacceptable. I don’t imagine anyone would accept their order over 2 hours later that had already been delivered and dropped off to some strangers house. At this point, I asked the manager who was responsible for handing the orders to the drivers, and he said, “Ours”. He was still not willing to make it right and deliver the correct order to me because he said that “The owner will take it out of my wages”. It was a terrible customer experience and unfortunately, because of this, I will no longer order from Papa John’s.

  DoorDash is currently trying to steal my money. Guy from papa John’s called me after seeing two orders accidentally placed and cancelled the one on his end. This will probably end up saving 70 dollars. Guy was extremely helpful in this process. DoorDash has been difficult and I currently have gotten no money back. Papa johns did all they could to help me out and they did a great job
