This will probably end up saving 70 dollars. Guy was extremely helpful in this process. DoorDash has been difficult and I currently have gotten no money back. Papa johns did all they could to help me out and they did a great job

Store refused refund unless product was returned. I said I would be fine with store credit or credit for a pizza in the future and they will only offer a 40% discount on my next order. Was placed on hold multiple times through multiple calls. Had they told me delivery drivers were short tonight I could have picked up. That was not communicated. Poor customer service from the location itself. Delivery drivers was lovely but store owners were not willing to do hardly a thing for their customers. I know they offered a 40% discount on next order but Tuesdays pizzas are already 40% off so not much being done there.

Explained my situation and even offered compensation for them accepting the order as uber was trying to charge me the full amount for cancellation. He claimed they can’t cancel the order as it’s through third party, after contacting uber I found out that the merchant can in fact cancel the order and this restaurant knew they would receive the full amount regardless of what they did. He lied and basically cheated me out of my money and uber is zero help. Single parent at Christmas time and this goof refuses to help. Terrible customer service and sad way to do business. Shame on you whoever took my call tonight.
