  My waitress Chelsea was so awesome, she made the experience so great ! Chelsea was so kind and helpful, she made our night would complete. Would highly recommend Montanas in Orilla, even better if you get Chelsea helping you !!!! Thank you Chelsea you were awesome !

  Was essentially turned away because of 'surf 'n turf' menu, was told that they would not accommodate my seafood allergy, and that they would not guarantee no cross contamination. Was advised to go elsewhere. Never had this type of experience at a restaurant, there's always accommodation, and usually floor manager would check in. Not impressed and won't go back unfortunately. Wasn't impressed after unloading 5 kids, and intending on splurging.. very disappointed to say the least!

  Great Experience Overall The food was delicious and served fresh—definitely hit the spot. Renee, our server, was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. The atmosphere was just what you’d expect for the venue—comfortable and fitting for a casual dining experience. Would happily return!

  Montana's is one of my main go-to places for a small group. The restaurant is kid friendly with menus just for them, filled with activities and easy to understand pictures and words, to help them put together their own meal choice, and it's very reasonably priced! I have never had a poor encounter with staff. They are all delightful and eager to make your time there as enjoyable as possible. The food, for the most part, is exceptional! The Burrito Bowl and Fajitas are my tested and true go-tos. I have tried the fish and chips a few times and find them to be hit or miss. Most often, they are well done, others, way over or under cooked, but the taste is delicious, either way. The majority of appetizers are a great start, but larger portions, so you may want to share if a meal follows! Food can be a bit stale tasting during peak times (probably from early prep), but for me, there has been nothing of the sort worh sending back. Busy evenings do bring much slower service (to be expected), but week days and lunch can be quite speedy. When the restaurant is extra busy, there are tables around the edges of the restaurant that drown out some of the chatter. These areas would be best suited for children or adults who may have a sensory overload from a busy restaurant. The atmosphere is unique and quaint, with lots to catch the eye. Overall, it's great experience here. Prices are on par with competitors, maybe even a smidge cheaper. Keep up the great work, Montana's!

  Corenne was our server and she couldn’t have been more attentive, friendly and helpful. Our drinks and food were served quickly and she paid extra care to serve the kids their food before ours! The restaurant atmosphere was fun and nice to see all the Blue Jay decor around! Except for the baked potatoes, all our food choices were delicious! I gave Food only 3 stars mainly though because of the baked potatoes. Not a difficult food to prepare and they didn’t succeed twice! Both times they came to our table hot to the touch but cold and hard inside. They were definitely not cooked throughout. To compensate for this shortcoming they gave us a discount of $6 off the bill. That in itself was a disappointment and hardly a compensation for the undercooked side. I would have thought the entire dish would have been given free. We walked away full but disappointed with the outcome in our wallet!
