  Very disappointed with this experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and it took over an hour for the order to even be picked up because my driver kept being told it wasn’t ready. When it finally arrived, everything was cold. On top of that, the chocolate milk that was included was expired. This is a serious food safety issue, especially considering chocolate milk is primarily served in children’s Happy Meals. Parents trust that these items are safe. Expiration dates should absolutely be checked before anything is handed out. Between the excessive delay, cold food, and expired milk, this was extremely disappointing.

  Hello, This is now the third time I have had a serious issue at your location. Every time I stop there and make a purchase, something goes wrong. Today, I found a rubber-like / gelatinous object inside my coffee. It went into my mouth and made me feel sick. I nearly vomited. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning from a food safety standpoint. I expect better quality control and hygiene standards. At this point, this is not an isolated incident — this is a pattern. I am requesting a full refund and a clear explanation of what this object was and what actions will be taken to prevent this from happening again. If I do not receive a proper response, I will escalate this complaint to Public Health. I have a photo available as evidence. Thank you.

  Pretty sad when your paid by the hour and cant put the right amount of chicken nuggets in a meal, the number of how many go inside the box is printed on the top of the box.

  wouldn't walk 2 seconds to the dining room to get me rootbeer because there isn't any in the drivethru and proceeds to make me park and come in to buy cups and get rootbeer that I wanted. THEN when I entered the restaurant to get my drink there was a member of staff IN FRONT of the machine already who could have taken 30 second of their time to get me rootbeer. also when kind of mcdonald's does not have rootbeer. awful. I am disappointed. I AM A FORMER MCDONALDS EMPLOYEE THIS IS NOT OKAY
