    Got my food and half my order was missing or wrong when I get home this has happened multiple times at this location and nothing ever get fixed about it this order I don’t get any of my hash browns with my breakfast not like forgot 1 they didn’t give me any

    If you are trying to order in store and not Drive Thru; you are lucky if you are even noticed. Went in, had a group of workers just stare at me for five minutes while I waited for one to take my order. Seemed more interested in dealing with their Drive Thru customers. This needs to change. My money is just as important as theirs; unless, of course, they don’t want it. You’re also lucky if they get your order right. Oh and BTW, they never seem to have Root beer after 7 pm. For a 24 hour restaurant, this is unacceptable. They say they have run out but thats just code for we are too lazy to put more in our pop machine.

    2nd busiest McDonald's in Orillia and they're very good at what they do. Food is always good. Staff are freindly, service is fast. This review will change back to 5 stars when this location freshly paves away all the potholes in the parking lot and ESPECIALLY the drive-trough. My car, it's ball joints, control arms, sway bars and, tie rods don't like it.
