The person in charge was either standing at the back desk, or in the middle of the kitchen, complaining about schedules being wrong. There was one person trying to handle everything in the kitchen other than fries, because one lady just stood packaging fries. The cashier cleared my order before it was finished being made, probably to boost their times, which caused an error in the modifications of my order. The cashier then just dropped my bag on the counter and mumbled an order number as she turned away. I rarely stop at McDonald’s, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. And as someone who works in food service, I was appalled.
