Kureha was attentive, friendly, helpful, efficient, anticipated our needs before we did. Honestly coming from a 5 star hotel guest service background I am thoroughly impressed. What a memorable experience she made for us. This day and age spending money on extras is at times questionable, and I can honestly say this visit was money well spent . Side note!! The kitchen team did a phenomenal job too!! Food was great, timely, presented well. Thanks Soooooo much!!

Tomato soup is the only consistent thing at ESM, and bread being fresh. But, wife's Chicken Parm was BURNT, and when I learned, it was late to send back. Spaghetti was bloated too. Pizza was lacking balsamic dressing and was quite hard. Oreo cheesecake just tasted wrong.
