I had to give four stars as they only gave me 8 nuggets in my 12 pack, though the experience was wonderful otherwise. (I ordered an 8 and a 12, the 8 pack came in a smaller box than the other, but both boxes only had 8 nuggets. I should have checked the bag before getting home, my receipt shows an 8 piece and a 12 piece, meaning I paid an extra $3 for nothing)

Waiting times depend on how busy they are but it's honestly pretty good considering they often get pretty crowded. Never gotten my order wrong either.
