    I went specifically because it's Arby's! I didn't want a gluten free salad. I wanted something different that no other chain does and they do it well. The older lady at the window was wonderfully pleasant. Will be back next time I drive through Orillia

    The double beef and cheddar was awesome. Really like how the beef, cheddar and sweet sauce worked together. The curly fries were great but the poutine couldve been better. The gravy should've been hotter to melt the cruds and the container to portion didnt match. A little bit more fries should've been given. The service and staff was great.

    I had a really disappointing experience at Arby’s. I ordered mac and cheese, brought it home, and put it in the fridge. When I went to go reheat it later, I transferred it into a microwave safe bowl and that’s when I noticed a slimy foreign substance at the bottom. I ended up throwing it out and didn’t get to eat any of it. When I went back to explain, the manager I spoke to, Denver, told me that even though there was a foreign substance in the food, they couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t call right when it happened. Having a foreign substance in food is a safety hazard, and even with that, they still would not replace it. For something that cost around $7, you’d think replacing it wouldn’t be a problem, but they still refused. I expected better quality and customer service… clearly that was too much to ask.

    Food and service was excellent... I have to give them that... The only thing I really did not like is the girl was sweeping the floor while I was eating, Too me dust flys all over... I really didn't like that I closed up my meal and ate the balance in my car.
