  Honestly, one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The service was completely disorganized, and the blond girl was unnecessarily rude to customers. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t even busy. The printer wasn’t working, so customers who ordered online never received their order numbers. People were simply asking for their numbers so they could collect their food, and they were being patient about it. Calling out order numbers that customers never received was so stupid of her. I hope they will hire more better people who can actually work at such a job.

  Incompetent, i ordered 10 burgers and only got 7 then tried to complain and was told I was wrong even with receipt and food untouched.

  Lazy workers don’t even make the orders right, ordered a habanero mcchicken burger and there was no lettuce. And they just slapped mayo on it not the habanero sauce on it. Also gave me the wrong drink order.

  Trash is the best description of my visit. I was first customer to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to next customer. Had to prompt the employee of my order after seeing multiple other orders go out while mine was still sitting waiting, half completed getting cold on counter. They were overwhelmed as more guests arrived. Manager not helping front counter at all, and counter staff not capable of keeping up. Filthy dining room and overflowing garbages. It was just after 5pm, so the start of what should be dinner rush, too low of staff for needs. I frequent this location often while shopping, often still filthy but food was always timely and warm. I am disgusted at this experience, as should this location and McDonald's as well. Steve
