  Not much to say about it, it's a McDonald's. But I prefer this location to the much busier location on Hwy 10.

  I have been to this location several times in the last 2 months. The food has been consistently fresh and fast. The staff have been friendly and professional. This is the only McDonalds i will visit in town. ( drive thru customer )

  I was getting hopeful that this location was getting better as they have not forgotten food items for awhile, however just yesterday had a frustrating customer service experience so bear with me here, I am not a usual essay writer... Pulled up to the drive thru and asked the delightful employee at the window if the mario galaxy toys were in stock. She said yes! Great, just what the kids wanted. Had to wait for food items to be prepared so parked. Employee came out with 2 playmobil happy meals. I asked if they had mario ones, but he shrugged and said he didn't know. So here I go, Dad goes into the store to save the day... I walk up to the counter and ask if they have mario happy meals. The attendant says no .. so I asked what is that behind you. Which is a mario happy meal box. They then say well we are out of the toys then... So I laugh thinking it must've have been pretty busy to sell out on one of the opening days of this new toy promotion. So I asked if I could gladly have the mario box without the toy, to make the kids somewhat happy. They said fine. Swap the happy meal and plop it on the counter without a here you go or acknowledgement... I check inside and they infact replaced the playmobil toy with a mario one. Was that so hard? Whoever the Manager at this location is, I look forward to your response. Why do you tell your employees to lie to customers in order to get rid of old products. I am sick and tired of having to do the run around at your location every time I go. Stop BSing your customers. If you are in Orangeville I would recommend other locations for your sanity sake.

  The employee taking my order didn't know what I wanted because I ordered something else and she gave me the wrong order. The service was terrible because I ordered French fries. I waited in the parking lot for five minutes and didn't get them from the designated car park, even though I was the only one there. Their service gets half a star. The employees seem very unprofessional.
