  The experience wasn’t very pleasant. This store needs to update to the level expected of a Subway. The service wasn’t upto the mark and the sub was not even near to a subway standard. The food quality wasn’t upto the mark.

  My significant other and I were waiting in line for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The customers ahead of us informed us that the lady was slow and took a phone call instead of completing their order. When it was our turn, she requested that we wait for two minutes, which eventually extended to ten minutes of an unknown duration. Consequently, we decided to leave, deeply disappointed with the customer service we received.

  This picture is of an employee with her shoes off. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I think that people - especially employees - should keep their shoes on when in Subway.

  Worst service ever, avoid at all cost. Girl has no customer service experience. Doesn’t try to accommodate customer at all and more worried about answering the phone than serving customers. Spend your $ elsewhere
