  The food was very good, the chicken was fresh. My daughter really likes the sliders. When ordering the service was a bit slow, it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed and management really needs to step in a solve this problem. When my order was taken though, the guy who took it was very professional and though I’m sure he was overwhelmed he didn’t let it show. The restaurant was clean it just seems like an old building. Overall average to above average experience at KFC. Management just needs to put more budget into staffing!

  I came in a couple days ago to order an 18 piece meal for my family. It was quite busy and the employees were working very hard to manage all the orders and serve us on time. I do have to say I appreciate the effort. The young lady who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful since I’ve ever been to KFC, there is no name tags like other businesses but she was a shorter white girl. I just have to say the food I received was incredible and I will definitely be returning. The service was great as I said. The only thing I do have to mention is that the building itself is quite old, outdated, and definitely in need of some repairs or a renovation. Thank you guys at KFC for working hard and making my first time memorable.

  Customer service is horrible when it comes to online orders. They will make delivery person wait unnecessarily and when asked about the delay, they will tell you to wait or leave. The guy at the reception has attitude and doesn’t know multi tasking.

  I went to the drive-through to order a veggie meal due to dietary restrictions. Naturally, I didn’t check what I was getting because it was in a bag and there was a line behind me. I come to find out that the meal I received had meat in it, which is OK cause people make mistakes and it could’ve been a mixup I went back to the drive-through and had told them about what happened and Gabrielle was the employee who took my order and she was extremely rude. Implying that I ordered the wrong thing in the first place and took 10 minutes to check what I ordered even though I came back after 3 minutes. After finding my order, they told me to pull up to the window in extremely rude and bothered tone.. They did offer to replace my meal with a veggie one Aphrodite infected that I just take a refund and go, but we just wanted to have a meal on Thanksgiving night. which was nice of them, but however, that is not where they called my frustration to deeper enough to write a review; upon coming to the window, they pointed fingers at me and as if it was me Who was creating the issue when they had taken the order wrong after multiple reiterations about our dietary restrictions. Leave me a Suite 17 minutes at the window as they left and walked around doing nothing. They were replaced her meal and I went home
