  I was very disappointed in the service as well as the quality of my purchase. As soon as I walked in it seemed like I was interrupting the girls life. I asked a question and was ignored and there was very little acknowledgement of my presence. I have had a decent experience in the past however this time was very different. I know everyone is human and has bad days but I feel customers who are being decent deserve a bit of quality and friendliness. It doesn't take much to be a decent person especially in a career you have chosen in customer service.

  Bought at omemee. Gentleman who was working was so slow yet seemed too busy to listen. When I went to pay, he swiped my gift card once and said “card doesn’t work”. I asked for it back, swiped it myself and it worked fine. Then tried to hand me my 6 subs. I asked if he has bags and he says, yup. So I had to ask lol. Edit after getting home: bread is hard as a rock. Taking them back. 2 subs are a brick! Edit #2 - took back and he replaced the food. With no problem.

  This place made me Smile. The worker that was their on March 2nd at 8:30 was a amazing person to deal with. I've never been so satisfied with the customer service at subway before. I will most definitely be coming too this establishment again because of the amazing customer service. Thank you subway for hiring such pleasant people.
