  This was my first time here and I’m kinda disappointed when I got in there was no other customers there after I ordered multiple other people came in I waited about 10 min for my food witch is fine. I assumed they were making it fresh. Altho when I got my tenders they where cold so I went back and requested new ones witch took another 15 min. Did not anticipate being in a restaurant for that long

  I wanted to try Wingstop because I’d heard a lot of praise about it. I’d say it was average in terms of taste. The wings weren’t bad, but some pieces felt a bit dry. The sauce options are really good that part I liked. The place isn’t very spacious, and it can feel a bit cramped during busy hours. The service was a bit slow. The prices also felt a bit high for this kind of experience. It’s not bad, but there isn’t a strong reason for me to go again.

  Avoid if you have allergies at all cost. At first I was very excited to come here. They confirmed over the phone that they can and are able to make gluten free wings (bone-in) When I ordered, I clearly informed the lady taking orders on the cash that order has and must be separated from non-gluten free item (breaded. Other people in my party ordered non gluten free and I confirmed more than 3 times that my order should be packed separately alone. Before leaving, I double checked the packages and was shocked to see everything just mixed together. Instead if apologizing they just started to discuss further. When i asked to speak to the manager, employee simply stated that he is the manager although he wasn’t Manager was not aware of what and how sensitive is gluten, he wanted to give a brownie as a curiosity but doesn’t even know that his brownies are not GF. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Even if you don’t have allergies, vast majority of their employees do not even speak proper English. To add, washrooms were stinky.

  Ordered 5 tenders and they came out cold, not even slightly warm. I asked for a replacement expecting fresh food, but what I got back was clearly not remade. The tenders had that soft, rubbery texture like they’d just been reheated, not crispy or fresh like they’re supposed to be. If you’ve had Wingstop before, you know how they should taste, this wasn’t it. Really disappointing and honestly feels like they just didn’t care. Won’t be coming back.

  Honestly, pretty disappointed considering the hype. Voodoo fries were surprisingly good! But the wings… dry, overcooked, not enough sauce. We got Atomic, Spicy K BBQ, and Garlic Parm. Atomic - almost no spice on the first bite, but the kick starts riding up after like 15 seconds. Takes eating a couple in a row to really feel the spice. Gets pretty spicy. Heavy habanero flavour. Decent Spicy K BBQ - best of the three. Somewhat saucy. Good flavour. Just enough spice for a comfortable eat. Garlic Parm - super disappointing. Barely any garlic sauce. Just a tiny sprinkle of parm on top. Super dry. If you’ve had Wingsup Garlic Parm, do not get this. You will be disappointed. It sucks because the price is way better than WingsUp, but the wings are just not on the same level. Would love to try again if you address those issues (just add more sauce and you’ll solve 90%).
