  Swiss Chalet over the years has changed quite considerably. I use to enjoy picking up my order and getting home to enjoy a HOT FRESH dinner. Lucky me i have 2 locations farely close to me and the dinners vary from time to time. Sometimes I come home and its Hot and Fresh, other times its warm and tastes like its been sitting too long or maybe I'm getting someones order because they cancelled or didn't showup, so its been sitting under a hot lamp or something. Starting to think Take out is quite different from eating inside, like inside who's going to serve you sub par dinners compared toTake out. To some it up it's not worth the money and time to go there for a dinner that once upon a time was the best thing out there. I think management plays a big part of the reasons why food isnt that great anymore. Anyone these days can operate a Swiss Chalet restaurant. Going to order my favorite dinner Half Chicken with Fries and I'll let you know if this time its great or bad.

  I recently visited Swiss Chalet and had a great experience. The employees were friendly, polite, and made sure everything was served on time specially simran. The food was fresh and flavorful—especially the rotisserie chicken, which was perfectly cooked and juicy. Overall, the service and quality made it a really enjoyable visit. I’d definitely go back again.

  We regularly eat at local Swiss Chalet establishments. Today, we had the good fortune of stopping at this location. We were impressed from the start of our visit when we stepped through the entrance right up to when we were walking out. The team here was extremely warm and friendly. Laura was attentive, caring, and obviously took pride in her role. The food quality even impressed my father in law - which is difficult to do! He said it was the best quesadilla he's had at Swiss Chalet. The vegetables tasted fresh, cooked perfectly, and the portion was generous. We wished we lived closer. Keep up the great service. You set the bar high!

  I had a great experience today, and I just wanted to appreciate the amazing service. Simran was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made sure everything was perfect and always had a warm, welcoming attitude. It’s rare to see someone put so much effort into making customers feel comfortable and valued. Her positive energy truly made the whole experience better. Thank you, Simran, for the excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Simran. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and ensured everything was taken care of. Simran was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, which we really appreciated. She checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and her positive attitude truly made the dining experience even better. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. I would definitely come back again, and I hope to be served by Simran in the future. Highly recommended!
