Staff didn’t cook the bacon before putting it on the sub, she cooked it on the bread in the toaster- so rubbery and gross. My husband went back to get a new one made. Staff picked it apart and is sucking her teeth arguing with him about it and refuses to make a new one saying “your wife should have brought it back” not sure why that matters, fix your disgusting mistake. Husband asks the staff to call the owner who continues to argue… he just walks out, no refund, no new sub. I completely understand why you only have a 3.2 rating. absolute garbage, stay far away.

This location's overall appearance is very clean. We ordered a 12 inch turkey sub on whole wheat. The woman who served me did exactly what I asked her to do. She also offered to heat the sandwich which I declined. I was taking it home to share with my wife. If you like a sweet and tangy sauce get the smokey mustard on the side. Ask them if you can try the sauce first. You'll be pleased. This location gets a Ten. It's very easy to access the plaza and Tim Hortons is two shops down same plaza.
