  Had a great experience at State & Main. The food was delicious, I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. What made the experience even better was our server, Julia. She was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the meal. Great food and even better service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Adam ATE as our server. From the second we sat down, his energy was top tier, super friendly, attractive, and just effortlessly on point the whole time. He knew exactly when to check in without being overbearing, kept everything flowing perfectly, and made the whole experience feel fun and easy. Honestly, the vibe would not have been the same without him. Give this man a raise immediately, we’ll 100% be back because of Adam.

  The food here is incredible, happy hour is from 2-5pm and 9-close. $9.50 calamari during happy hour is a smaller portion but it’s absolutely delicious as well as the fries and creme brûlée. I wouldn’t get the wings although on Wednesdays they’re 50% off to just under $10 a pound, they’re mostly dry sadly. The service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get an absolute gem of a server who will always check up on you if you need more water and napkins and sometimes you get someone who can’t read the room with common sense. Resturant has a kid menu but it isn’t the greatest with its selection and what they have to offer with the price. Most of the stuff like drinks and desserts you get included in other places, you’ll have to pay extra here. Great thing about State and Main is that they take CAA for the 10% off discount.

  My girlfriend and I went here for dinner a few months ago. It isn’t often we go out because she has a gluten/wheat allergy. According to the menu State and Main can accommodate so we thought we’d try it. Our server was knowledgeable and very helpful. She made great suggestions and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. The manager also checked on us to make sure our food was on point and answered any questions we had. Many restaurants say gluten friendly but aren’t and often times the staff aren’t very helpful BUT not here. Staff made us feel really safe and comfortable with our food choices and made the experience overall amazing. Massive shout out to John the Manager and Caroline S the server. Thank you for your help and can’t wait to be back!

  I’ve given this location more opportunities then it had deserved without an honest review, but this is my 4th visit, and 4th issue, and eventually you have to accept not all Brand locations are the same. I’ve visited plenty of other State and Mains and always had wonderful food and service, that has never been the case at this location. I don’t think I’ve ever recalled this location busier than a few tables, but the meals have always taken over an hour to receive. Staff has always been apologetic at the time and seemed sincere so I’ve let it slide. Today I stopped in for pick up, where no one was at the door to greet me, nor any other customer. After a couple of minutes of not being greeted, the bar tender came over to address me and received my food. If I had stopped by for a sit in on this occasion, I assure you I would have walked out. Fool me once shame on you, fool me 4 times, shame on me, but please consider implanting improvement on every aspect of your offered service / experience.
