  This McDonald’s location was very disappointing. When I arrived, I urgently needed to use the restroom, but it was locked. I asked an employee to open it, and they told me I had to place an order first. When I asked why, they said it was the manager’s policy. That is completely unreasonable. When someone needs to use the restroom, it should not depend on buying food first. This shows a lack of basic customer service and common sense. On top of that, I ordered a regular-size McFlurry, and it was only half full. Very poor quality and careless service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Pretty disappointing experience my decaf coffee was ice cold my son's fries were half filled also cold Terrible when you can't even rely on a hot coffee

  pfff voucher doesn't mention only breakfast yet they don't have nearby all the choices on it during the day, and they want to charge extra for replacing meet with veggie pattie unbelievable

  Waited almost 30 mins because they forgot my food or smth?? Food is cold and stale and had to go in even though I went thru drive thru.

  Went thru drive thru. Was slow. But use to that. Was asked to park. All I got was a couple burgers. I asked for receipt and ketchup. He said yes. Took about 5 min. Get my bag. Forgot ketchup. I even reminded him twice when I was at the window. Instead of training your people to multi task in so many ways. Train about accuracy first. This is common at many McDonald's.
