  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot—exactly what you want when you’re craving great wings. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. A special shoutout to Sukhpreet, who went above and beyond to make the visit exceptional. Their attention to detail, warm attitude, and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s employees like Sukhpreet who make customers want to come back. Highly recommend this Wingstop location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  when this location first opened it was really good. the past 6 months or so every time i come here for pick up, the wings were soooo overcooked and chewy. not pleasant at all. we would always come back every now and then thinking it was just a bad night or bad batch, but having it happen almost every time we come here for pick up speaks to a different issue.. we tried a different location (up at north york on yonge) to see if it’s an overall wingstop issue or a location issue and the experience is DRASTIC. all this to say, i don’t like this location for wingstop. i’d go to a different location for juicier wings.

  This resturant never make the order ready i go to pickup order and i wait 10 minutes there and nobody attend me nobody ask me for order girls come give order to other and didn’t ask me what the hell is this i want the owner to reply me ask your employee to give good customer service.

  For a place with WINGS in the name, they missed in every way possible. I would expect better wings from a gas station. I specifically avoid getting wings from any place that doesnt specialize. These were honestly worse than the wings sold at shawarma spots. The meat was unbelievably dry, with barely any sauce on the wings to boot. Some of the wings had that old chicken smell. Also the wings were naked and not breaded (unlike what some the pictures seem to suggest) Shameful cashless payment only. I haven't even mentioned that the workers "couldnt find" my order for 15 minutes. Other customers that came much later than me got their orders before they finally managed to make my scheduled order (a total 15 mins late for a SCHEDULED order). A wait I did not mind at the time as I was expecting exceptional wings, but that did not turn out to be the case. Think twice!

  The most pathetic service they served us stale Wings literally we were a huge fan of wingstop but now just like the name it’s a full stop they served us stale wings which were over fried hard tasteless our anniversary lunch was destroyed I was so disappointed by their Oakville branch I went all the way fr Niagara Falls to Oakville just to have their wings and I regret the experience please save your money and don’t waste Your time the fries were so salty had to request them to change. I have never posted a review before but this branch deserve this review.
