From the moment we sat down, she was funny, jovial, sweet, and incredibly kind. Her energy made the whole meal feel warm and welcoming. She was also impressively fast and thoughtful with our orders — everything came out exactly right and right on time. What really made the experience special was how she went out of her way to get everyone to come over and sing Happy Birthday to me. It felt sincere, joyful, and so well organized — not awkward or rushed at all, just genuinely lovely. Julie is one of those rare people who turns a regular meal into a memorable experience. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her, and we were lucky to be served by her. Thank you, Julie, for making our celebration so special!
