  Excellent service and great tasting Christmas festive dishes. My waitress Shiva was awesome. She made me a customized cheese cake slice for dessert. I will be back again.

  Lana was my server. She provided great service and went above and beyond. The Swiss Chalet is always my stop when I travel to Oakville for work. I love their rotisserie chicken and the great atmosphere

  Let me start by saying the most terrible service ever 10 to 15 yrs ago Swiss Chalet had some class .. we went last night on nov. 13th our sever was out to lunch she rushed she had no customer and when u tell them they twist the story !! example when u bring the food to ur customers for the appetizer she was not attentive to remove the the apps plates then put ur entree plates i had to keep calling her she didn’t even put extra napkins the drinking the glass were dirty and since when Swiss chalet on their entrees put smaller plates the food was falling off the plates sloppy !!! She was loud and no class and rushed us it wasn’t even busy and one server !!!! ! The chicken was pink the soup was cold and not fresh at all nothing is the same as I said from yrs ago i returned all three entrees it was dry and not fresh and tough u couldn’t even slice the breast she asked me if I want the dark meat bc no more white.. I said no thanks she said it again wow !! The table was really sloppy I had to call her back to take the plates away and bring napkins we didn’t even drink from those plastic glasses are older than me !!! Swiss chalet doesn’t haves enough money to but new plates and glasses thats terrible .. she brought out an salad we didn’t like the meal so I suggested a salad that salad was wilted and not fluffy and flat as a pancake u can see it was wrapping in plastic stoned cold and no presentation!!!this place !! ! She was getting annoyed !!! I don’t care it’s ur job and I brought my mother to the restroom twice it was dirty . The toilets are not cleaned properly then poor mom had an accent and asked them to remove the brief from the restroom in the garbage to avoid other customers seeing this and no one came !!! I spoke to the kitchen manager she was ok but it put a lot of stress on apparently no manager was there in dining room my finally thought never never again at this location !! I’m not a racist but it’s not the SWISS CHALET ORIGINAL OWNER THEY LOST THIER TOUCH !! OTHERS TOOK OVER !!!! I won’t mention which race !!! I’m very disappointed we also go to upscaled restaurants they are very expensive my point in doesn’t matter the scale of restaurants should always be clean with good service and nice plates and glasses 👎👎😡 !!!!!!!! Maybe we will find a Swiss chalet that will provide our expectations to caring for customers and using nice plates these plates were so old ! and we also give good tips as we did last night !! I can go on .. but this is really disappointing!! Swiss chalet come back to quality !! I rate it 0 to many Swiss chalet are falling apart… so O

  I ordered take out at the store. Festive chicken sandwich, festive double leg, festive quarter chicken with half rack of ribs. Was given the sandwich and 2 double leg meals, no ribs. This location has incorrectly filled my order on multiple occasions. I will not go back.

  What a wonderful location! Tania our server was astonishing! She was polite, attentive and amazing with our children! Anytime we asked her about the menu she knew everything and was able to give us some strong recommendations! What a wonderful dining experience! Thank you to Tania and the staff at Swiss chalet . We appreciate the hospitality! Will definitely be returning!
