This is such a great location! Staff are very friendly and attentive, and the space is clearly very hygienic. They always make my order with such care. I would highly recommend this location :)

Horrible customer service. Incorrect order.
I recently ordered three foot-long subs (two of steak'n bacon and one of sweet onion chicken teriyaki), all with cheese, and two of them were supposed to have double cheese through Subway app. However, none of the subs had any cheese at all.
In addition to the missing cheese, the food itself was cold, and the amount of vegetables in each sub was minimal—even for the ones where I specifically requested extra. Overall, the quality and care put into the order was clearly lacking.
I called the store and spoke with the person who made the subs (she said her name was Cuja, though I may have misheard). I explained the issue, but she repeatedly insisted, “I put the cheese.” When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me the manager would be back next week.
There was no apology, and instead of addressing the concern, she continued to argue and wouldn’t even allow me to speak. I assured her I wasn’t making anything up and mentioned that I had taken photos of the subs. I asked if she had any photos or video proof on her end, but she said she didn’t and that there was nothing she could do.
I was a little upset when I discovered the missing cheese, but I became very frustrated after speaking with her. It ruined my evening, and it was not the kind of experience I expected—especially when I was the one who received the incorrect order.
I’m disappointed not just by the missing items in my order, but also by how poorly the situation was handled. I hope this can be addressed appropriately.
