- MNMatt NewmanJul 16, 20201.0Customer service was awful. Felt so rushed when deciding. I requested the sweet onion chicken and was told I couldn't have it because it HAS to be microwaved. I have had it cold before and had no issues. Overall the sandwich was stuffed to) with lettuce. Basically paid $16 for a lettuce sandwich of the sandwich I didn't want because they're microwave wasn't on yet. Should have been propared to open after 45 mins of opening.
