I go to Subway every day for the last 6 months in Burlington and I get a snack which and I came to the one in Oakville and they only give 1 piece of cheese 1 tomato, and they charged a dollar more. I would never go back. And I would not recommend anybody go to this location. Go to any other Subway, but not this one

- CGCorrie GregoryJul 23, 20251.0I gave a rating of two only because the woman at the cashier was pleasant. The man with the glasses making the subs makes me never want to come back to this location. Which I have been going to for 10 plus years. I ordered a chicken rancher sandwich he put barley any chicken. Before I could even say what I wanted on my sub he assumed and started to put lettuce..... I usually get spinach instead. I asked for green peppers and there weren't any in the bin except the few that were sitting under the plastic drip tray, he proceeded to take the tray out and scoop up the slimy bits when I had to said no thanks. There were other issues.. I will never go back. I miss the old owners and employees, the customer service was 100 times better and it was a friendlier atmosphere. My Question to Subway is: Are we as the customer not allowed to choose what toppings we would like? This man was only going to put what is in the description of the particular sub I ordered.
