  I had a disappointing experience at the Maple Grove location. I called ahead to ask about current deals/specials and also asked about thin crust, but the staff member struggled to understand my questions and didn’t provide clear information. I ordered three large pizzas (including a Hawaiian and a Canadian). The total was $62. When I arrived, I noticed a promo sign on the door advertising $14.99 for a large pizza with up to 4 toppings, yet my receipt showed the Hawaiian and Canadian pizzas charged at around $25 each. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told those were “specialty pizzas.” If that’s the policy, it should have been explained during the call when I asked what the specials were. I requested that the pricing be corrected (approximately $20 difference) but they refused and offered free sauce as compensation

  I always ordered from Papa Johns but they are very rigid and not at flexible to accommodate customers request. They advertise buy 1 get 1 veg pizza on Uber and I simply asked for one plain cheese pizza instead in the buy 1 get 1 offer . As you know cheese pizza is even cheaper and the request was made as my little one doesn’t like toppings . They consistently kept ranting that we can’t accommodate your request. I have ordered from uber eats multiple times and multiple times restaurants do accommodate special requests like this as long as it is logical but they don’t seem to care at all about customer service . Very disappointed and would give them minus if I have to.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service my friend (a boy) and I (a girl) experienced this Wednesday at Papa John’s was genuinely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us. No greeting, no acknowledgment—we just stood there awkwardly while employees avoided eye contact. When we finally placed our order, the attitude we got was shockingly rude, like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The wait time was ridiculous, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Our order came out late, lukewarm, and definitely not what we expected from a brand like Papa John’s. When we politely asked for help, the staff responded with annoyance instead of fixing the issue. Overall, the service felt careless, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management seriously looks into this, because this was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

  I had a really disappointing experience with this Papa John’s location tonight at 630 pm nov 28. I ordered a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal through Uber Eats, and the total was supposed to be £23. Instead, they changed my order to three pizzas and charged me £43 without my permission.On top of that, I specifically requested jalapeños only on the left side, but the pizza came with jalapeños all over. When I contacted the store, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and tried to blame me instead of acknowledging their mistake. No courtesy, no proper customer service. Shame. Completely unacceptable experience. I won’t be ordering from this location.

  first and last time i will ever buy pizza here it was disgusting, sauce was tasteless and gross the crust was a joke just worse pizza i have tasted in my 50 years on this earth
