  I picked up a delivery order here Monday around 12:00–12:30 AM as an Uber driver. Unfortunately, the staff member on shift was very unprofessional. I politely asked to use the washroom and was told to wait 2–3 minutes. When I was eventually allowed in, the washroom was in extremely unsanitary and filthy condition. Shortly after the pickup, I was surprised to receive two thumbs down on the Uber app along with false claims that I did not have a delivery bag and that I was unprofessional. This is completely inaccurate — I always use a proper insulated delivery bag, which is secured in my vehicle as it is my dedicated delivery car. As drivers, we are partners in the service process. Professionalism and mutual respect go both ways. I hope management reviews staff conduct and cleanliness standards at this location.

  On Sunday, the dough was superb. It was the first time I'd seen dough of that color, shape, and cooking quality. I don't know why. And yesterday, Monday, I found that the dough was different from Sunday's dough, which was excellent.

  I am rating it 2 stars, partially because it was New Year’s Eve when we had food delivered. Most places were closed so we didn’t have many options. We waited over an hour for the food. Unfortunately the food was not hot, just lukewarm. The driver probably had many deliveries and our food was just sitting around waiting to be delivered. The price was very expensive for the quantity we ordered. And there was nothing special with the quality and taste. At least it was partially edible. I will probably not order from Papa John’s Pizza again. Maybe if I don’t have any food at home, am starving, and every other restaurant is closed ! If anyone wants great pizza at a fabulous price, order Big Taste Pizza. The food, price is spectacular! And the owners are so friendly and giving. For the price we paid at Papa John’s Pizza, we would have gotten double the amount of food at Big Taste Pizza. And the food there is delicious! Unfortunately they were closed.
