Understaffed kitchen, over seasoned food, slooooooooooooooow to get food, not many patrons, friendly server but not much they can do. Probably need more kitchen staff. And they charge for mayo for fries!

My issue this evening is that there is no heat or hot water in the restrooms. I advised the bartender immediately upon arrival. Halfway through our visit my husband also had the same very unpleasant experience. We asked to speak with the manager whom was very flippant regarding the situation. According to her the ownership has been apprised of the lack of heat and have disregarded her concern. I will no longer be a customer. She offered only excuses and did nothing to ensure that we would continue to visit their establishment (coffee, dessert or even an I'm sorry for your experience) I feel with the rising cost of dining out and the subpar response to my discomfort, my money is best spent elsewhere...
