    The manager acted rude and unprofessional the entire time. When I asked for my receipt after the machine didnt print, she responded with attitude instead of correcting the mistake. She also made a threatening comment toward my friend over something minor. That kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable.

    I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of your shift manager, Vanessa M., at the Oakville location on Hayd Blvd on February 15 at 2:55 PM. When I politely asked if my son could receive a different Happy Meal toy, her response was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She treated me with hostility which is totally unacceptable. I do not expect this kind of behavior at any McDonald’s, especially from a manager who is supposed to set the standard for staff conduct. As a loyal McDonald’s customer, I am shocked that employees like this are allowed to represent your brand. Managers must treat customers with respect and professionalism, not with aggression or condescension. I strongly urge you to review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure this never happens again.

    All the workers there should tuck all.their hair in their hats or atleast wear hair nets. There was 2 young girls , one with brown hair, the other was asian with piercings. They both had pony tails but like half their hair was out of their hats. It was disgusting thinking how their hair can fall in my food! I also do not know why managers allow young ppl to wear their jewerly in a food service place. I do not want their earrings etc falling in my food.

    I have been coming to this McDonald's since October of 2025 I usually get a double cheeseburger and fries whenever I pick up my meal I ask for a hot mustard and I am given one today I did the same thing and was told by the manager that there was a cost for sauce of .45 cents since last year the manager who was serving me then walked away I waited in line again paid for my sauce and then called for the rude manager and told him to make sure he tells all of his staff this new policy he truly did not seem to care and walked away. Please hire actual adults who know how to deal with customers appropriately.

    Very disappointing experience due to manager behavior as she don’t have manners at all. I have been a regular customer at this McDonald’s, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing because of the manager’s attitude. The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke in an unprofessional manner that made the situation uncomfortable. Customers expect basic respect and professionalism, especially from someone in a leadership position. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, the manager’s behavior escalated it. McDonald’s is known for customer service standards, and this experience did not reflect those values at all. I hope senior management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training, because behavior like this drives customers away.
