    Ordering from here on UberEats is a joke. They make the poor drivers wait forever and when I ask the driver if it was even busy inside they say no, just slow staff. I could have gone to a farm in Milton, bought a chicken, made a McChicken, and eaten it before my food got to me. Half the time the order is wrong and the pop is flat too.

    WORST SERVICE – COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in over 25 years as a McDonald’s customer. While driving from Oakville to Milton, I ordered Veggie burgers and was instead given chicken burgers. We are strict vegetarians, so this mistake was not minor—it was completely unacceptable. When I called the store to report the error, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed zero accountability. Instead of apologizing or offering compensation for their mistake, I was told to drive back 35 minutes to pick up the correct order. No refund. No replacement. No concern for the inconvenience or the seriousness of the error. As a result, the food had to be thrown away, and my money was completely wasted. This situation could have been handled professionally in minutes, but instead it was handled with indifference and arrogance. McDonald’s didn’t just lose a single sale—they lost a 25-year loyal customer, and the most disappointing part is that the store clearly didn’t care at all. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, especially a global brand that claims to value its customers. I strongly urge McDonald’s management to take immediate action, review staff training, and address how this store treats customers—because this experience was beyond terrible.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru due entirely to a staff called Manjot who appeared to be a supervisor on duty. Instead of prioritising customer service, she seemed more focused on asserting her authority and proving her elevated position. She clearly stated that a freshly made meal would take only 4 minutes, yet she refused to provide it and instead wasted over 12 minutes arguing. This was completely unnecessary and demonstrated poor judgment and lack of professionalism. Her behaviour was rude, bossy, argumentative, inexperienced , and overly proud. She showed no concern for customer satisfaction or the fact that McDonald’s lost a sale because of her actions. Terrible & pompous Staffs like Manjot drives customers away. I would not recommend this location and will not likely be returning back.
