It’s been countless of times where I have waited over 10 minutes for a junior chicken combo. Today was my final straw when they gave my food away to someone else on mistake and I had to wait parked for over 20 minutes waiting for once again a junior chicken combo while everyone else in the drive thru got their food. The ticket times may seem good to corporate but I would love to see the waiting time once you tell your customers to pull into a driving spot. Constantly disappointed.
