    This place is ridiculous. Literally every time I go here they forget an item in my order. Today, I ordered a junior chicken combo and they forgot the junior chicken. How do you forget the main in the combo? Go to another McDonald’s if you actually want all of the items in your combo.

    Went to drive through around 11pm, asked for hot water at the speaker, they said they can do it and when I got to the window they said they don't do hot water and my order came with no straw and no dipping sauce for nuggets. The night shift workers just don't care. Service has dropped significantly lately, this never happened before. Honestly just disappointed.

    Very bad service. I asked for ketchup and fresh fries and I didn’t get that. When I returned back to ask them. The blond woman with blue eyes was so rude to me and even she talked to me very loudly. She is not professional and she doesn’t know what does mean Customer Service especially in rush time.Never handle any request with this woman. So rude from her.

    We went to curb side and did 2 orders. One came and accidently put the second through drive thru but instead of helping us when the one order came the employee said can't help just go to drive thru. When we explained the line was huge and we didnt have time he walked away instead of helping by bringing out our order. Small order too coffee and sandwich. Awful service.
