Ordered an XL peppermint tea via the self-checkout. Received a coffee instead. When the employee "corrected" this mistake, she gave me an early grey and I only realized well into my commute.
Also, anything fried at this location tastes like they never change the oil.

Every day starting around 11:00 am, the door is locked and they refuse to let more than a few people into the building at a time. Today a crowd of around two dozen people were stuck waiting outside the door for upwards of 20 minutes. Worst service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru around 1:14 a.m. on 13th October
and placed order #361 for two meals, but the fries were missing. I paid $32, and it was really disappointing — this ruined my night. The staff on the night shift should double-check orders before handing them out. We trust that everything will be included when we order.
Watch out, guys, before going to this location. Hopefully, someone decent sees this comment and works on improving the service here.
