- MHMartha Hardy5 days ago1.0I went to this McDonald's the other day and had a wonderful experience with an associate Rosie. She was sweet, kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Everytime I come, I always get served by her and it makes my experience better. My only problem is, my last time there, Rosie was doing her very best despite being the only person working front counter. I didn't like the fact that the people working drive through kept yelling at her. They kept yelling at her to go outside and do stuff for them even though Rosie was very busy with the customers upfront. Then when she finally did receive some help on front counter, this manager pushes her out of the way and starts yelling at her too. You shouldn't treat your hard working employees like that. Rosie deserves a promotion. If you go to this McDonald's be sure to be served by Rosie. You will definitely have a great time, even with her bad jokes. She knows how to treat people well.

We approached the drive thru and asked the person taking orders @ 2.35pm if they had the OVO meal ... he started laughing at us along another colleague thru the speaker . We proceeded to asked again because we didnt get a reply... and again more laughing. Never felt so embarrassed in my life. I hope you speak to this individual because customers should NEVER be treated this way. We left and went elsewhere. I've never been disrespected by someone in such a manner EVER
