I read all the reviews and went on my own to try their food and customer service. Personally they were very welcoming. I requested a little customization to my order they did for free. The store Manager was really helpful. She monitored anything to everything going in the restaurant. While I was waiting to get my order. I saw people praising the staff seems like regular happy customers. And also if someone didn’t like the food they were listening and replacing right away. I was amazed to see that.
After experiencing many restaurant in the area, I can say sometimes things can go up and down as its a fast food restaurant but until and unless the staff is ready to listen and help you, which I saw they did. It can create a difference. Kudos to Restaurant Manager. Thank you for the great experience and fresh fried food.

I had an amazing experience at this KFC location! The food was hot, fresh, exactly what you hope for when craving KFC. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the fries were seasoned well, and everything tasted freshly made.

What is happening to this chain?! Annoyed, eye-rolling girl, barely speaking English, mumbling something to herself; pointing to the "kiosk" because you no longer can order anything at the counter, unless you have a "coupon". I've been ordering the same meal for ages, a bit modified with a different type of mayo. Well, you can't do that at the kiosk, you need to tell her at the counter. What a waste of time! Wait time with this "time saving improvement" was double what it usually is in the drive-through in other places. Chicken popcorn and fries sitting in the box getting cold while we waited for the chicken sandwich. Finally the order was ready with my fries completely cold. So back to the counter I went to ask for new fries. I wasn't the only one asking. Another men was serve his meal cold as well. 5 other people in the back and they can't keep up with orders from 3 customers! No thank you, no have a nice day. High and mighty and furious because she has to work there. KFC is also going down the drain the same way Tim Hortons has been in the recent years. Filthy, smelly, with zero customer service.

I ordered my food on the app for 7:45. I arrived at 7:30 to make sure I got a gravy instead of coleslaw because it does not have that option on the app. I stood in line for about 4 minutes till one of the girls said something to the cashier and she addressed me. In fact, it was not a line up I was standing but I was standing behind someone who was ordering on the app and was not telephone app friendly. Anywho, I explained I pre-ordered on the app and asked for gravy in exchange for the coleslaw. My food was already sitting in a bag 15 mmore than 15 minutes! I asked for extra hot sauce. When I arrived at home, I had one hot sauce for 10 pieces of chicken. My fries were Luke warm and the cheese was hard and not spread over the fries. Most of the fries were dry. I wish there was a scan qr code on the app so I can order at the store and receive the rewards and get fresh food. Also, train your staff to be more attentive to the customer and their specific needs. Sigh.....another dry chicken night.
