Had an amazing experience at Harper’s Landing! The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fresh and full of flavor, and everything came out quickly and perfectly prepared. The menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone.
A special shoutout to Mark — he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience better. Service like that is hard to find!
Definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend!

I took my girlfriend on what was supposed to be a lovely night out to eat. We are new to the area and we have been exploring the local restaurant options. We were looking forward to trying Harper’s Landing as we’ve heard good things and it looks beautiful from outside. However, the beauty of the atmosphere is about the only redeeming quality we encountered that night. The menu looked great so we decided to order a few appetizers, an entree each, a dessert each, and a couple of cocktails. The waiter seemed annoyed to take our order and the staff seemed extremely disorganized to the point where we could not even tell who our sever was. Our drinks tasted watery and flavourless. The oysters tasted like they had been in the freezer for months, the tuna tartare was underwhelming. We waited 40 minutes between each course and had to ask the status of our food multiple times. The entrees showed up and both tasted cheap and one dimensional. I was looking forward to my Crème Brûlée since I ordered it 2 hours earlier at the beginning of our meal, however, when it was time for dessert the server informed us that they had ran out of crème brûlée even though I ordered it so far in advance. The dessert took 40 minutes to come out and we just wanted to leave at that point. When the dessert finally arrived, it was the same bland, underwhelming, and overpriced story as the rest of the meal. Overall, I would say our experience at Harper’s Landing was easily the worst food experience we’ve had since moving to Oakville. With so many other great options around, I’d highly recommend going somewhere else.

I've been here before with family and friends half a dozen times. I always enjoyed their nachos and appetizers and service has always been 5 star. Most recently, unfortunately, it seems like the place has gone downhill with both service and food, at least on weekends.
Came on the usual Sunday afternoon brunch time like per usual. It wasn't super busy but there were a few groups dining. It took 15 minutes from the time I was sat with my friend to the time anyone came to ask me about if I wanted some water or something to drink. Took another 10 before my server came to take my order. 25 minutes later she comes to tell me that something was messed up with the printer and they've put a rush on my order and it should be ready within 5 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes, and still no food, so we got dressed and left to go somewhere else. Complete waste of time.

We went to Harper's Landing to celebrate our grandmother's 91st Birthday on a Tuesday night. We had a reservation for 7 people and was taken to a booth for 4 upon arrival, after advising that we are a group of 7 and not 4 they asked if we can sit at a high top table in the bar (this reservation was made one week in advance). We advised that our 91 year old grandmother cannot sit at a high top table. The manager sighed and took is to another more appropriate spot.
- The apps came out and they were all COLD.
- My husbands steak was overcooked, sent back then undercooked, sent back. The third time they got the cook on it to what he asked for - he waited a while to eat his dinner due to this.
- my pasta dish was undercooked, hard and cold, I sent it back as well and it came back just as hard and inedible. I ate the shrimp and didn't bother to complain further as they were quite rude about it.
The manager didn't apologize for the oversight nor was he polite about it - he was actually rude and dismissive.
The bill came, nothing was done about the terrible food and service. Needless to say we paid for our meals and left, we will not be returning. Avoid this one....
