Went there for my birthday with 5 friends. Waited 5 minutes for waiter when there were only 8 people in the entire restaurant. Got our drink order wrong. No wedding soup available pastawas cold. 2 guests asked for no croutons on ceaser salad. Came with croutons send them back and they back with croutons. Had to pick them out. No refills on sodas or water. Playing Arabic music on the speakers, had to ask them to change it.
We are not going back.

I used to love this restaurant, however, the workers are now unfriendly. Ive had to request for service several times with them forgetting to give my requested food when they don’t really have many tables filled, I was being rushed out with my family at 8:00 PM because they were suggesting boxes when we were eating bread, some of the workers made direct eye contact with us when we were requesting some help but they just looked away and pretended not to see us after, going on their phones in front of us, and yelling out loud about their workload in front of us. While on the clock, the servers are just munching on food at the bar too (not even on break I see them currently eating then returning to the bar to make drinks). This place is funky

Went with my family to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we walked in, it seemed that we were inconveniencing the hostess. When we received our food - 2x chicken parm, 1x spaghetti and meatballs and and alfredo pasta. The food was horrible. All of it!!! The chicken was so dry I had to wash down each bite. All the pastas were tasteless and blah!!! ZERO FLAVOUR.
We typically enjoy East Side Mario’s at other locations, but this one was just BAD!

I usually enjoy going to East Sude Mario’s with the family, but today was not a great dining experience. There was no cutlery on the table and we had to request it from the servers after the good was served. The salads came out after approximately 45 minutes. We had to remind the servers about the bread sticks and drink order. The appetizers we ordered were served after we were served our dinner. Because everything came out together (late), the table was cluttered. The garden salad, which is usually consistent was different for each of us. Some got olives, some got tomates and the salad was drenched with dressing. My chicken and pasta came out room temperature and my husband’s chicken and mushrooms came out room temperature without the mushrooms. The server apologized and said we would receive a complimentary side order of mushrooms, which came out after my husband had finished his dinner and showed up on the bill. Very disapponting! The restaurant wasn’t even full.

We visited East Side Mario's on Valentines day. Our experience was a mixed bag.
We ordered Starters of Chicken wings and Bruschetta. We got Linguine Chicken Tetrazzini with Italian wedding soup and Spaghetti Primavera with Goat Cheese with tomato soup.
The dishes were nice, but the problem was the service. We got just bread first, no soup. This was followed by main course but no soup again. Tomato soup arrived half way through the main course and the wedding soup never arrived. The last thing to arrive were the starters.
The reason we got why it took more than an hour to make a soup was always, "it's in the oven" which made zero sense. We just asked not to bring the wedding soup because we need to leave.
