  Had a fantastic time at Dave n Busters. The games were all fun to play. It’s quite loud in there but a great time. Also great customer service by Dylan. She helped us find a receipt we were missing.

  It was movie night for me, and I've been meaning to give this location a try for a while now, so I went for it. It was bigger and brighter inside than I expected, and there were plenty of games to play with. It felt like an arcade restaurant, which was great. I didn't have to wait at all to be seated, my server, Lana, was cool, and there were a lot of good food options to choose from. After going through the menu, I decided to go with the Buster's Bacon Burger, an espresso martini, and to finish it off, the funnel cake fries. All were great, and well worth the price. One of the many reasons I love coming to this particular Cineplex is that it's in a great area, and if you're looking for a good meal before or after a movie, you need to try Dave & Buster's!

  🎉 A Birthday Memory Made Legendary—Thanks to Lana! 🎉 On October 23rd, my kids and I visited Dave & Buster’s Oakville to celebrate my son Nova’s 12th birthday. From the moment we entered the dining area, Lana made us feel like we were the only guests in the building. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality turned a simple dessert order into a moment Nova will never forget. We had asked earlier if staff could sing “Happy Birthday” for Nova, and while that tradition had been retired, Lana didn’t miss a beat. She brought out our desserts: Nova’s Big Daddy Chocolate Cake, Maya’s Bananas Foster Cheesecake, and my Strawberry Shortcake, with a candle glowing proudly atop Nova’s plate. That single gesture lit up the room and our hearts. Maya and I sang, Nova beamed, and Lana’s timing and care made it all feel magical. But what truly sets Lana apart isn’t just her service, it’s her spirit. She didn’t just serve us; she celebrated with us. She made our experience feel personal, joyful, and deeply appreciated. And when we returned days later, while Maya and Nova immersed themselves in the games area, I made my way to the dining area to thank Lana personally and to express my gratitude.   Super disappointed with the state of dave&busters recently. I come often (1-2 times every month) and was excited to try the new arcade games. Loaded over 1200 credits on a card (over 100$ spent) just for almost all machines say “please scan again” after taking the 8-11credits. Went to the front desk to figure out what’s happening and they refunded 16 credits after over 200 credits were lost be careful when spending money here! Will not be back GO TO GAME TIME INSTEAD

  I celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at Dave & Buster’s Oakville, and it couldn’t have gone better. My daughter and her friends had an absolute blast! We reserved the meeting room, which was the perfect size for our group of 22 children and 7 adults a mix of classmates and family friends.When we arrived, the tables were beautifully set, the fruit platter and drinks were ready to go, and the staff even allowed me to bring my own cake and small pastries. The party package, recommended by the amazing sales rep Paige Moyce, was ideal for our 2.5-hour celebration fun, organized, and just right for the kids.Our host Chris and his manager Roy went above and beyond. They checked in regularly, made sure everything ran smoothly, and handled every request with a smile, they truly put the icing on the cake.The food was perfect for the kids, cheeseburgers, pizza, fries and the adults could enjoy a drink or two as well. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the entire experience felt effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend this Oakville location for any family celebration they nailed it from top to bottom!
