  We had such a great experience here! Whether it’s a casual night out, date night, or bringing the kids to play, it’s always such a fun atmosphere with something for everyone. I’ve also attended a private event there and everything was seamless from start to finish. The staff was attentive and organized, and the food and service were fantastic. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Jay. He’s awesome and super helpful, and you can really tell he cares about the guest experience. It makes such a difference! Highly recommend for both regular visits and hosting events. We’ll definitely be back!

  Was there yesterday and worst service ever. Jesiyah was so rude that man has the worst attitude!!!!!! Dirty table everywhere. One table beside us was covered in half eaten food. The floor was DISGUSTING!!! took about 20mins to finally get our waters we ordered. Not sure where he went to get them. Then almost an hour to get food that didnt even come out altogether. Half of the table was server then waited another 10mins for the other food. Jesiyah’s attitude and attention to us was the worst service we ever had. It was like we bothered him by ordering and sitting to eat dinner.

  We visited this past long weekend, our first time. We were celebrating my Mother's birthday and had all the family and thought it would be fun for the kids. 8 in total, booked a table back in January. We were seated at 3pm, and informed that our specific table was needed for a party at 4pm. I mentioned when I called there was no time limit. They said they would find us another table, so we followed to a booth that maybe sat 4-6...so 5 adults, 3 kids. We didn't fit and my poor Mom seemed upset. So we went back to the table we were originally at and were told we had until 4pm. The waiter didn't take our drink order until 3:30pm. Forgetting two waters. Food order taken at 3:45pm. That was a mess. My sons food did not come at all. We all had our food and my 12 year old was just sitting there, so my other half mentioned it to the waiter, who looked stunned, and went to the kitchen, only to disappear for another 15 minutes. Silly things like no napkins or cutlery, drinks not refilled, poutine without gravy. Not a great experience for us, the most the waiter spoke to us was to tell us ample times that he needed the table at 4pm. The manager paid us a visit, twice. Nice guy. But overall, we won't be back. No opportunity for dessert, and on a birthday, that sucked. The waiter seemed upset with us after the manager was at our table, so the service just declined. Thanks anyway, super memorable!

  We visited this location with a group of children, expecting an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing one. During gameplay, our cards suddenly stopped working, so we approached the front desk for assistance. The employee Ashley was immediately unprofessional and dismissive. Her tone was irritated, and she spoke to us rudely in front of all the children, creating an extremely uncomfortable situation. Manager Nicole eventually came and helped resolve the technical issue. While we appreciate Nicole’s assistance, Ashley’s behavior had already negatively impacted our visit. Both adults and children were left feeling upset and disrespected. Additionally, we were never informed at the time of purchase that purple games were excluded from the unlimited play package. This lack of clear communication contributed significantly to the confusion and frustration. What was most disappointing was Ashley’s attitude and lack of professionalism in a family-oriented environment. This experience will remain a negative memory for both myself and my children. I hope management takes this matter seriously.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this venue. We came from far away to visit, and last time we were here, they didn’t ask for ID. This time, we were denied entry, even though others around us were allowed in without issue. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and it felt like we were treated differently because of our race. Obviously, we didn’t seem underage — we even look like adults — so the ID excuse doesn’t make sense. We understand policies like showing ID are important, but the way we were singled out — in front of everyone — while they did not ask others for ID was humiliating and unacceptable. No one should feel discriminated against while trying to enjoy a night out. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the racism and unprofessional behavior of their staff.
