  ..in 10 years living in Canada, I never had such a perfect crispy bacon in my sandwich. I was so happy that I called the cooker to compliment him on his perfect job! I was there yesterday evening. Thank you!

  My son got food poisoning from this location. He threw up within 2 hours after eating at this location. In addition, the dining area was extremely dirty. Stains, dirty napkins, and garbage were all over the floors and tables. We will never come here again

  I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a very unfortunate experience we had tonight with an online order placed at the Burger King location in Mississauga. Around 8:00 p.m., my son placed an order through the Burger King website. The website displayed an error message, which led him to believe the order had not been completed. As a result, he placed the order again. Unfortunately, both orders were processed. As soon as he realized the issue, he immediately called the Mississauga Burger King location to request the cancellation of one of the orders. He was instructed to contact Customer Service. After doing so, the restaurant later informed him that they had the order ready but could not send it because Customer Service could not confirm which order had been cancelled. As of 10:18 p.m., no delivery had arrived, no clear resolution had been provided, and repeated phone calls to the restaurant went unanswered. My son was alone at home, hungry, and left without any solution despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue that originated from a system error. As a parent, this situation has left me feeling deeply upset and worried. It is very distressing to think that my child could have gone even longer without food, simply because the adults responsible for the service failed to resolve a preventable issue. This concern extends beyond my family — other children or vulnerable individuals could find themselves in similar situations, especially when parents are not at home and trust your delivery service to function properly. This experience highlights a serious lack of coordination between your online ordering system, Customer Service, and the restaurant location. It is not only frustrating but concerning from a customer care and responsibility standpoint. I respectfully request: A clear explanation of what occurred with both orders A refund for the duplicated and/or cancelled order Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and poor service I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed with the seriousness it deserves and that steps are taken to prevent similar situations in the future.

  Great location at Winston Churchill & Dundas. Went after visit to Service Ontario at Staples. Had double cheeseburger & small fries & large tea for one person and a Quarter Pound King Meal for another person. Very pleased.
